At Bergen Airport, the following transport alternatives to reach the city center are available:

• The light rail (“Bybanen”). Departure typically every 5-8 minutes Monday-Friday 06:00-20:00, less frequent in the late evenings/weekends (timetables: Skyss). The Bybanen station is located underground just outside the arrival terminal. Tickets may be purchased at the platform vending machine (using debit cards), or using the Skyss app. To arrive at the venue, one would normally get off after ca 40 minutes, at the second-last stop, called Nonneseter, which is less then 200 meters from Grand Hotel Terminus. However, due to work on the rail lines in the city center this summer, the temporary last stop is currently Bergen busstasjon (the main bus station). After getting off at Bergen busstasjon, you may walk to the venue, either through (less than 400 m) or around (ca 450 m, via Fjøsangerveien, Strømgaten, and Zander Kaaes gate) the bus station and the train station.
  
• The Airport bus (“Flybussen”). Departures every 15-20 minutes during peak hours, less frequent late in the evening. Get off at the bus station (Bergen busstasjon), after ca. 25-30 minutes. Grand Hotel Terminus is ca 400 m from the bus station, and can be reached by walking through (less than 400 m) or around (ca 450 m, via Fjøsangerveien, Strømgaten, and Zander Kaaes gate) the bus station and the train station.
  
• Taxi. There are usually plenty of cabs waiting in front of the terminal. This is normally the fastest solution, and might typically take 20-25 minutes to the city center and the hotel.
